Group fitness classes

These fitness and strength sessions are designed to improve your all round conditioning. Sessions include resistance training, functional fitness and core strengthening. Running 8 times a week, with these classes you will increase your fitness and strength levels, as well as improved personal confidence.

Perfect for all levels and ages, the high intensity weights/fitness sessions will burn a ton of calories, helping lower your body fat levels, increase muscle mass and tone, and increase all round strength.

Mondays 6.30pm/ 7.30pm

Tuesdays 6am/6.30pm

Wednesdays 6am/7pm

Thursdays 7.30pm.

Fridays 6am
