CHRIS O'ROURKE
After serving several years in the Royal Air Force, and nearly 17 years as a firefighter, Chris understands the true understanding of attaining higher levels of fitness, being fit for purpose and also what it takes to train for specific goals, albeit cardiovascular fitness, improved strength, sports conditioning or job specific fitness.
After qualifying as a Personal Trainer, he worked alongside his ex colleagues in the Fire service for a time, helping them become a fitter, stronger and a more effective group. Now taking another step on his journey, he is determined to help people in the local community realise their potential and become fitter, stronger and healthier individuals or groups.
He understands that not everyone who walks through his door is in peak condition, but that they are willing to put in the effort and hard graft to achieve their own personal goals. He will work alongside you so that you understand exactly the correct way to train and improve yourself.
